The expert also pointed out the advantages of MVR Evaporator compared with traditional multi effect evaporators.
- Multi effect evaporator needs continuously fresh steam from start to finish; However, MVR evaporator only needs fresh steam at starting stage, only need electricity during operation. Transfer smaller amount of power consumption to large amount of heat energy.
- Multi effect evaporator with longer residence time; However MVR evaporator with much shorter residence time, reduce the working time, improve the working efficiency.
- More effect evaporator need more invest; However, MVR evaporator only need extra budget for Centrifugal steam compressor with theoretic service life about 20years.
