Glucose evaporation with one set 4 effect direct flow falling film evaporation system.
After measured by electromagnetic flow meter, 26% glucose solution will reach the boiling temperature after heated by the 1st and 2nd stage heat exchanger. The glucose solution will be pumped into first effect heat exchanger and be concentrated to 31%.
Next, the glucose solution will be pumped into second effect heat exchanger, concentrating to 38%.
Next, the glucose solution will be pumped into third effect heat exchanger, concentrating to 52.5%.
Next, the glucose solution will be pumped into fourth effect heat exchanger, concentrating to 86%.Finally, the final glucose will be discharged out of evaporation system.
Energy consumption is decide by elevation of material boiling point, energy consumption equipment include steam, vacuum pump and circulation pump etc.
